4.1 Does Fastly share my personal information with others?

6. Security and privacy measures

6.1 How does Fastly protect my information and data?

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any Sensitive information is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) (sometimes referred to as Secure Sockets Layer or SSL).

You must also make sure that your information is safe and secure. Even if we give you (or you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Do not to share your password with anyone. 6.4 About E.U. Safe Harbor

7. Other important information

7.1 Children Under the Age of 13

Our Websites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Websites.

8. About subscription agreements

Fastly Subscribers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for caching and processing purposes (“Subscriber Data”). Fastly will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Subscriber Data except as provided in our subscription agreements with our Subscribers, such as our Terms of Service available at https://www.fastly.com/terms (each a “Subscription Agreement”), or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Subscription Agreement, Fastly may access Subscriber Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. 8.1 Information Related to Data Collected Through our Services

The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Fastly. Our Services collect information under the direction of our Subscribers. Fastly has no direct relationship with these individuals whose personal data is processed by the Services.

8.2 Choice

Our Services collect information for our Subscribers. If you are a customer of one of our Subscribers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Subscribers that use our Services, please contact that Subscriber directly.

8.3 Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer

Fastly may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions regarding notice and choice in the Subscription Agreements with our Subscribers.

8.4 Access to Data Controlled by our Subscribers

Fastly has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data the Services process on behalf of our Subscribers. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the appropriate Fastly Subscriber (the data controller). If the Subscriber requests that Fastly remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

8.5 Data Retention

Fastly retains the personal data we process on behalf of our Subscribers for as long as needed to provide services to our Subscribers. Fastly retains and uses this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
