The TRUSTe program covers our collection, use and disclosure of information we collect through our Websites (https://www.fastly.com and subdomains listed above) and our Services. Fastly Subscribers may electronically submit data or information to the Services for caching and processing purposes (“Subscriber Data”). Fastly will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Subscriber Data except as provided in our subscription agreements with our Subscribers, such as our Terms of Service available at https://www.fastly.com/terms (each a “Subscription Agreement”), or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Subscription Agreement, Fastly may access Subscriber Data only for the purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. Our Services collect information under the direction of our Subscribers. Fastly has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data is processed by the Services.
Our Services collect information for our Subscribers. If you are a customer of one of our Subscribers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Subscribers that use our Services, please contact that Subscriber directly.
Fastly may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our Services. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions regarding notice and choice in the Subscription Agreements with our Subscribers.
Fastly has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data the Services process. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query the appropriate Fastly Subscriber (the data controller). If the Subscriber requests that Fastly remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
Fastly will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Subscribers for as long as needed to provide services to our Subscribers. Fastly will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
